Much of the Vietnamese food that we enjoy today has been heavily influence by French colonialism. With these influences come flavors, ingredients and combinations that give an entirely new taste to traditional Vietnamese food. In this unique cooking class you will learn how to make these two cuisines.  Join Madeline and Fatemeh for this great class.

Menu: baked brie with figs and almonds, chicken stew (coq au vin), bahn mi (Vietnamese sandwich),

Sesame ball (dessert)

Participants must be 21 years of age or older to register for this class with wine.
