For National Diabetes Month your Hy-Vee Dietitian Anne is providing FREE HgbA1c screenings. This appointment is less than 10 minutes and Anne will test your blood with a finger prick to determine the average of your blood sugars over the last 3 months. Screenings are done first come, first serve.
