Join your Hy-Vee Wellness team in the Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile* for your free hemoglobin A1C screening! Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals with diabetes or prediabetes use to evaluate their blood glucose levels over a 2 – 3 month period. Screenings will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. No fasting needed.
