This simple test will tell how many calories you burn in a day and our dietitians will consult with you regarding other lifestyle factors that aid in health and weight management. For testing accuracy, please avoid eating, drinking alcohol or caffeine, smoking and exercise for 4 hours prior to screening. (Water is okay).
