Our dietitian, Taylor, will be hosting a mom and me group for a store tour and cooking class! We will be learning about MyPlate and parent/child roles in feeding from the Ellyn Satter Institute. Following, we will be creating a sensory recipe that is fun for both the mom and kiddos!
