Join your Oakdale Hy-Vee Registered Dietitian Jena, for a session filled with food recommendations, nutrition education and meal solutions!
Sessions will begin with a store tour. Jena will point out healthier food options throughout the store and explain how choosing the right foods can make a real difference for your health.
The session will end with us sending you home with other meal solutions which may include: samples, recipes, coupons or other relevant resources based off your dietary needs, and a new familiar face (Jena ) that can be used as a resource when you are shopping at Hy-Vee.
