Simple Fix™-To-Go is a program where your Hy-Vee dietitian, Sarah, and Kitchen Department prepare a variety of fast and delicious meals to be kept in the freezer that are ready to go when you are. We do the shopping, chopping AND assembling of the recipes together in freezer bags (4 to 8 servings per recipe). All you need to do is stop by the store and pick up your ready-to-cook meals! This month’s menu includes: Korean Beef Lettuce Wraps, Italian Meatballs, Shake-It Up Chicken Nuggets, Skillet Gnocchi with Spinach & White Beans (meatless), Cashew Chicken Bake and Pineapple Ginger Glazed Salmon plus a few bonus sides!
