In less than 2 hours you can prep home-cooked meals for throughout the week. With delicious entrees to plan the week around, it is easy to bring the family back to the table!

NEW OPTION: Do you love the meal selection but can't make it to the workshop to prepare them yourself? Purchase the "Dietitian Makes Your Meals" ticket option. An additional $15.00 fee applies to this ticket option. A pick-up time for your meals will be set within 24 - 48 hours after the event. You are responsible for scheduling a pick-up time prior to the workshop by emailing [email protected].

Please note that the purchase of one ticket is for one participant only. Participants are not permitted to bring guests to assist in assembling the meals unless approved by the event organizer. Please contact the event organizer directly with any questions. Refunds for tickets purchased will only be available 1 week in advance. Please note we have the right to cancel the class due to dietitian illness, insufficient registrations or inclement weather. In this case, refunds will be issued.
Please bring a reusable shopping bag or cooler to take home your meals in at the end of the evening. **We are not an allergen-free facility and cannot guarantee that anything is 100% free of a particular allergen. Please note that we follow strict sanitation procedures to help prevent cross-contamination but cannot guarantee that no allergens will be present.
