Welcome: Belasco Rosa Brut Nature – From the Belasco vineyard in Mendoza Argentina, 100 year old Vines, 100% Malbec, sparkling Rose.
1st course:
Charred cauliflower romesco
Don Rodolfo Pinot Grigio – From Mendoza Argentina, high elevation vineyards, more flavorful than most Pinot Grigio’s with fresh acidity.
2nd course:
Chorizo, potato and kale soup
Belasco Llama Bonarda/Malbec Old Vine Blend – A 50/50 blend of 100 year old vine Malbec & 40 year old vine Bonarda, slightly earthy & rich blend that might remind you of a good Bordeaux.
3rd course:
Pan seared halibut with white bean and gremolata
Berton Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc – From Australia’s Limestone Coast, flavors of Mango and passionfruit.
4th course:
Red wine braised chicken, rosemary potatoes with sautéed mushrooms and peas Belasco AR Guentota – 100 year old vine Malbec, low yields, 1 year in French oak, rich complex, notes of cedar and tobacco.
Axel Cabernet Sauvignon – From La Playa’s Estate in Colchagua Chile, Slighlty minty, cedar and hints of oak on the palate.
5th course:
Flourless chocolate cake garnished with fresh fruit
La Playa Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc – This wine has Botrytis, rich, sweet a perfect wine for fruit tarts like apple peach or pear.
