Are you short on time?  Would you like your Valley West Hy-Vee dietitian, Jenn, to do all the shopping, prepping and clean-up for you?

Join us for a DISH event on Thursday, March 31, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and bring home 8 delicious meals for your freezer, ready to pull when you need them.

You pay only the cost of your groceries; we do the rest!

You will bring home four servings of each meal.



Meals prepared include:
Crockpot Balsamic Pot Roast, Hawaiian Chicken, Chicken Pesto, Beef Fajitas, Chicken Lo Mein, Asian Beef Stir Fry, Slow Cooker Southwestern Casserole, and Tequila Lime Chicken.
