    Layer this berry granola parfait with Sola granola which keeps sugars and carbs to a minimum.

    1 c. fresh raspberries
    2 c. Hy-Vee vanilla yogurt, divided
    1 c. Sola granola, divided
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select 100% pure maple syrup

    Directions

    1. Toss together berries; set aside.

    2. Assemble parfaits. Add 1/2 cup yogurt to 2 16-oz. glasses. Layer each with 1/4 cup granola and 1/2 cup berry mixture. Repeat layers. Drizzle with maple syrup. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
