Donna Dolan, MS, RD, LD Donna Dolan has spent the past decade living in the countryside of eastern Iowa. She has been a Hy-Vee corporate dietitian for five years, helping develop the popular Healthybites program. She enjoys communicating health and nutrition information to communities and customers. Donna received her bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition from Northwest Missouri State University and her master’s degree in human nutrition and food service management from the University of Nebraska. She is a member of the U. S. Army, previously serving on active duty and in the reserves. Her most recent deployment was to Iraq.
Rochelle Gilman, RD, LD Rochelle Gilman is a Registered Dietitian. She received her Bachelor of Science degree and also completed her dietetic internship at Iowa State University. Her professional work experience includes five years as a clinical dietitian at Mercy Medical Center, Des Moines, Iowa; and six years working at the Hy-Vee corporate test kitchen and most recently as a Hy-Vee corporate dietitian.
Laura Kostner, PhD, MBA, RD, LD Dr. Laura Kostner, a native of Nebraska, joined the Hy-Vee dietitian team in July 2005. This was shortly after completing an impressive 25-year career in the United States Army. Laura inspires others to live life to the fullest by emphasizing a multi-disciplinary approach to health and wellness. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human nutrition and food service management from the University of Nebraska, an MBA from the University of Incarnate Word, a master of strategic studies from the Army War College and a PhD in community and human resources from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
