2 tbsp. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard | ||

2 c. bite-sized cauliflower flowerets | ||
2 c. bite-sized broccoli flowerets | ||
½ c. chopped red onion | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee dry roasted sunflower kernels | ||

Directions
- This recipe can be made one day in advance.
- In a small bowl, combine lemon yogurt, salad dressing, milk, Dijon mustard and celery seed.
- In a medium bowl, combine cauliflower, broccoli, red onion and sunflower seeds.
- Pour yogurt dressing mixture over vegetables and stir to coat.
- Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
- Serve on a bed of chopped romaine lettuce.
