    ¼ c. Hy-Vee lemon yogurt
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee lite salad dressing
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee skim milk
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
    ½ tsp. celery seed
    2 c. bite-sized cauliflower flowerets
    2 c. bite-sized broccoli flowerets
    ½ c. chopped red onion
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee dry roasted sunflower kernels
    romaine lettuce

    Directions

    1. This recipe can be made one day in advance.
    2. In a small bowl, combine lemon yogurt, salad dressing, milk, Dijon mustard and celery seed.
    3. In a medium bowl, combine cauliflower, broccoli, red onion and sunflower seeds.
    4. Pour yogurt dressing mixture over vegetables and stir to coat.
    5. Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
    6. Serve on a bed of chopped romaine lettuce.
