1 Hy-Vee large egg | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee seasoned bread crumbs | ||
2 tbsp. light mayonnaise | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee chef seasoning | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee yellow mustard | ||
Hy-Vee tartar sauce, optional |
Directions
- Combine crab, egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, seasoning and mustard in a medium bowl.
- Shape mixture into 4 patties and place on greased broiler pan.
- Broil 5 minutes or until patties are golden.
- Serve with tartar sauce if desired.
