    2 (6 oz each) cans lump crab meat, drained
    1 Hy-Vee large egg
    ½ c. Hy-Vee seasoned bread crumbs
    2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee chef seasoning
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee yellow mustard
    Hy-Vee tartar sauce, optional

    Directions

    1. Combine crab, egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, seasoning and mustard in a medium bowl.
    2. Shape mixture into 4 patties and place on greased broiler pan.
    3. Broil 5 minutes or until patties are golden.
    4. Serve with tartar sauce if desired.
