Directions
Brush chicken with oil; season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place on prepared rack. Roast for 20 minutes. Combine barbecue sauce and apricot preserves; brush on chicken. Roast 15 minutes more or until chicken is done (165 degrees), brushing occasionally with sauce. Transfer chicken to a foil pan. Garnish with basil, if desired.
