    2 large ripe bananas
    1 16.5-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee extra moist deluxe spice cake mix
    1 c. Hy-Vee low-fat vanilla yogurt
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs
    ½ c. Hy-Vee 1% low-fat milk
    1 c. Hy-Vee chopped English walnuts
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee powdered sugar

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 18 standard muffin cups with nonstick spray.

    2. Place bananas in a large bowl; mash with fork. Add cake mix, yogurt, eggs and milk; stir until just combined. Fold in walnuts. Divide batter into prepared muffin cups.

    3. Bake for 23 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
