    1 lbs. 90% lean ground beef
    1 ¼ oz. pkg. Hy-Vee original taco seasoning
    Hy-Vee premade pico de gallo, for garnish
    Hy-Vee sour cream, for garnish
    Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish

    • Medium skillet

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. To create wonton cups, grease the inside of a standard 12- cup muffin tin. Line each tin with 2 off-set wonton wrappers. Bake 5 to 8 minutes, or until wrappers are golden brown and crispy; set aside and cool.

    3. Brown ground beef in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add taco seasoning, and cook according to package directions. Divide taco meat between wonton cups. Top each cup with pico de gallo, sour cream, and cilantro, if desired. Serve immediately.
