1 c. halved green seedless grapes | ||
2 navel oranges, peeled, sectioned and halved | ||
2 c. cubed cantaloupe | ||
1 ripe avocado, seeded and peeled, divided | ||
½ c. lite raspberry walnut vinaigrette | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee English walnut pieces |
Directions
- In a large salad bowl, combine garden salad, grapes, oranges and cantaloupe.
- Cut half of the avocado into 8 slices. Cut the other half into 1-inch cubes.
- Add avocado cubes and vinaigrette to garden salad mixture.
- Top with walnut pieces and avocado slices before serving.
