1 (16 oz) bag Hy-Vee garden salad
1 c. halved green seedless grapes
2 navel oranges, peeled, sectioned and halved
2 c. cubed cantaloupe
1 ripe avocado, seeded and peeled, divided
½ c. lite raspberry walnut vinaigrette
¼ c. Hy-Vee English walnut pieces

Directions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine garden salad, grapes, oranges and cantaloupe.
  2. Cut half of the avocado into 8 slices. Cut the other half into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Add avocado cubes and vinaigrette to garden salad mixture.
  4. Top with walnut pieces and avocado slices before serving.
