    1 lbs. large wild shrimp, peeled with tails left on
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee parsley flakes
    2 tsp. water
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee butter
    Hy-Vee garlic powder

    Directions

    1. Place shrimp 1 inch apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Roast at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and firm.
    2. Meanwhile, combine parsley flakes and water; set aside. Melt butter. Stir in parsley flakes and garlic powder.
    3. Serve roasted shrimp with garlic butter for dipping.
