¼ c.butter, melted
1 tsp.salt
½ tsp.sage
½ tsp.black pepper
¼ tsp.thyme
1 c.finely chopped celery
2 tsp.grated onion

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions. Drain and fluff.
  2. Add melted butter, salt, sage, pepper, thyme, celery and onion.
  3. Stuff in fowl and roast.
