1 (8 oz) can That's Smart pineapple tidbits | ||
½ c. light sour cream | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee light whipped topping, thawed | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee sugar | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice | ||
2 c. cooked wild rice | ||
2 medium green apples, diced | ||
2 medium red apples, diced | ||
1 ½ c. red grapes, halved | ||
1 celery rib, thinly sliced |
Directions
- Drain pineapple, reserving 1 tablespoon juice. Set pineapple aside.
- Combine the sour cream, whipped topping, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and reserved pineapple juice in a small bowl.
- Combine the rice, apples, grapes, celery and pineapple in a large bowl. Add the dressing and stir to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
