Cut dough in half and shape each half into 7x3-inch logs. Place in a greased loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and dusted with flour.

Remove from fridge and allow to rise for 2 hours. Once dough has doubled in size, bake according to recipe instructions.
Let rise in a warm draft-free place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove plastic wrap from loaves and bake one at a time for 20 minutes each or until internal temperature reaches 190 degrees.
Remove from oven and cool completely before slicing each loaf into 12 slices.
