    • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
    • Plastic wrap

    Directions

    1. Spray two 8x4-inch loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Make All-Purpose Bread Dough. Cover dough and let rest 10 minutes.

    2. Cut dough in half and shape each half into 7x3-inch logs. Place in a greased loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and dusted with flour.

      To freeze dough: Shape dough as desired. Instead of letting rise, cover tightly with plastic wrap and aluminum foil and freeze. To thaw, place in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from fridge and allow to rise for 2 hours. Once dough has doubled in size, bake according to recipe instructions.

    3. Let rise in a warm draft-free place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size. 

    4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove plastic wrap from loaves and bake one at a time for 20 minutes each or until internal temperature reaches 190 degrees.

    5. Remove from oven and cool completely before slicing each loaf into 12 slices.
