    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    3 oz. white chocolate, chopped, divided
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    ¼ tsp. peppermint extract
    whipped topping, for serving

    Directions

    1. Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until hot.
    2. Meanwhile, place chopped chocolate, vanilla extract and peppermint extract in blender. Pour hot milk into blender and process until slightly foamy. Pour into 2 mugs. Top with whipped topping, if desired.
