| 1 ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
| 3 oz. white chocolate, chopped, divided | ||
| 1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract | ||
| ¼ tsp. peppermint extract | ||
| whipped topping, for serving |
Directions
- Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until hot.
- Meanwhile, place chopped chocolate, vanilla extract and peppermint extract in blender. Pour hot milk into blender and process until slightly foamy. Pour into 2 mugs. Top with whipped topping, if desired.
