White Hot Chocolate
Servings and Ingredients
|1 ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk|
|3 oz. white chocolate, chopped, divided|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract|
|¼ tsp. peppermint extract|
|whipped topping, for serving|
- Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until hot.
- Meanwhile, place chopped chocolate, vanilla extract and peppermint extract in blender. Pour hot milk into blender and process until slightly foamy. Pour into 2 mugs. Top with whipped topping, if desired.
