White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies
Servings and Ingredients
|2 ¼ c. Hy-Vee flour|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt|
|½ c. Hy-Vee butter, softened|
|½ c. Hy-Vee butter-flavored shortening|
|¾ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar|
|2 Hy-Vee eggs|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla|
|1 (12 oz) pkg Hy-Vee creamy white baking chips|
|1 (6.5 oz) jar Hy-Vee macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped|
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- Beat butter, shortening and sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla. Gradually mix in flour mixture until completely combined. Fold in baking chips and nuts.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
