    1(20 oz) can Hy-Vee crushed pineapple, undrained
    1(1 oz) pkg sugar-free instant white chocolate pudding mix
    1(8 oz) container Hy-Vee light whipped topping, thawed
    4to 5 drops green food coloring
    1(19.8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee fudge brownie mix, prepared and cooled

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, combine undrained pineapple with pudding mix. Fold in whipped topping and food coloring. Set aside.
    2. Cut brownie into 1-inch pieces. Layer 1/3 of the brownie pieces in a large bowl.
    3. Layer 1/3 of the pudding mixture over the brownie pieces. Repeat twice.
    4. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or overnight before serving.
