    6 large sweet potatoes
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee honey
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee packed brown sugar
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee margarine

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Place potatoes in a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
    3. Bake for 55 minutes. Cool slightly.
    4. Cut potatoes in half. Scoop out pulp into a large mixing bowl. Discard skins.
    5. Add honey, brown sugar, salt, allspice, lemon juice and margarine to sweet potatoes.
    6. Whip with an electric mixer until smooth. Serve hot.
