    1 c. Hy-Vee heavy whipping cream, chilled
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee powdered sugar

    Directions

    1. Place clean electric mixer beaters and a metal bowl in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.

    2. Pour heavy cream and vanilla extract into chilled bowl. Beat on low speed until cream foams and begins to thicken. 

    3. Beat in powdered sugar. Continue beating, on medium speed, until medium-soft peaks form on beaters. Serve with desired drinks, desserts, dips, etc.
