    ¾ c.Hy-Vee all-purpose flour
    ½ c.Hy-Vee whole wheat flour
    ¼ tsp.Hy-Vee salt
    ¼ c.Hy-Vee unsalted butter, cold, cut into small cubes
    2 tbsp.Hy-Vee canola oil
    4to 5 tbsp ice cold water

    Directions

    1. Combine flours and salt. Cut in butter using pastry blender. Add canola oil and continue to cut in. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until dough is moist and can be molded into a ball. Roll out onto lightly floured surface to the size of casserole dish.
