½ medium seedless watermelon
1 c. Hy-Vee sour cream
2 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar

Directions

  1. Slice watermelon into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Using a round cookie cutter, cut circles out of slices. Place on a paper towel-lined plate.
  2. Stir together sour cream and brown sugar.
  3. Top each half of the watermelon circles with 1 tablespoon sour cream mixture.
  4. Cover each with remaining watermelon circles.
  5. Top each with a dollop of sour cream mixture.
  6. Serve immediately.
