1 c. Hy-Vee sour cream | ||
2 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar |
Directions
- Slice watermelon into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Using a round cookie cutter, cut circles out of slices. Place on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Stir together sour cream and brown sugar.
- Top each half of the watermelon circles with 1 tablespoon sour cream mixture.
- Cover each with remaining watermelon circles.
- Top each with a dollop of sour cream mixture.
- Serve immediately.
