Directions
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in cocoa and sugar. Slowly whisk in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour until just combined.
Using about 1 tablespoon batter per cookie, bake in preheated waffle iron for about 1 minute or until cookie is golden brown and cooked through.
To make frosting, beat together butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Spread on one side of cooled cookie and sandwich with remaining cookie.
