    1 packet(s) (12 oz) Velveeta Shells and Cheese Dinner
    1 lbs. ground beef
    1 packet(s) (1 oz) Taco Bell® Taco Seasoning Mix
    ¾ c. Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream
    ¾ c. Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
    ¾ c. Taco Bell® Thick and Chunky Salsa
    ½ c. coarsely crushed tortilla chips

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 400F.
    2. Prepare Macaroni as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook meat with taco seasoning as directed on package.
    3. Stir sour cream into prepared Macaroni. Spoon half into 8-inch square baking dish; top with layers of meat mixture, half of the cheddar cheese, and the remaining Macaroni mixture.
    4. Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Top with salsa, remaining cheddar cheese and crushed tortilla chips; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes.
