Velveeta Cheesy Chicken Skillet
If you remember loving Veveeta Shells and Cheese as a kid, you're going to really love this take on a quick and balanced dinner.
Servings and Ingredients
|1 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces|
|1 packet(s) (12 oz) Velveeta Shells and Cheese Dinner|
|1 c. milk|
|1 c. water|
|1 c. broccoli florets or frozen peas|
|1 carrot, sliced|
Things To Grab
- Cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
- Stir in Velveeta Sauce.
- Add shells, milk and water, stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 minutes. Stir in broccoli and carrots; cook, covered for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite Kraft Dressing.
