    1 lbs.boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 packet(s)(12 oz) Velveeta Shells and Cheese Dinner
    1 c.milk
    1 c.water
    1 c.broccoli florets or frozen peas
    1carrot, sliced

      Directions

      1. Cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
      2. Stir in Velveeta Sauce.
      3. Add shells, milk and water, stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 minutes. Stir in broccoli and carrots; cook, covered for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
      4. Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite Kraft Dressing.
