Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until peppers are tender. Meanwhile, heat protein blend according to package directions. Transfer to a bowl; stir in cheese; set aside. Drain water from baking dish and peppers. Spoon Cajun mixture into pepper halves. Sprinkle an additional ¼ cup cheese on tops. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until heated through.
