| 1 (12 oz) bag Hy-Vee Steam Quick broccoli florets, cooked according to package directions and cooled | ||
| ½ yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced | ||
| ½ c. sliced fresh mushrooms | ||
| ¼ c. chopped red onion | ||
| ⅓ c. fat-free Italian salad dressing | ||
| ½ c. Hy-Vee original hummus | ||
| 4 Hy-Vee wheat tortillas |
Directions
- Combine cooled broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms, red onion and salad dressing in a bowl. Stir well.
- Spread 2 tablespoons hummus on each tortilla. Divide broccoli mixture between tortillas and roll up to serve.
