1 tbsp. Gustare Vita garlic-flavored olive oil
2 Roma tomatoes, sliced 1/8-inch thick
1 (8-oz) pkg Hy-Vee shredded pizza cheese, divided
½ tsp. Hy-Vee dried oregano
½ tsp. Hy-Vee dried thyme
¼ c. red onion, thinly sliced
⅓ c. zucchini, thinly sliced
⅓ c. fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
⅓ c. artichoke hearts, thinly sliced quartered

Directions

  1. Roll pizza crust into 12-inch round pizza pan. Brush crust with olive oil. Arrange sliced tomatoes over oil and top with 1 cup cheese. Top with oregano, thyme, red onion, zucchini, mushrooms and artichoke hearts. Cover with remaining cheese.

  2. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
