3 tbsp. water
1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee canola oil
1 (5.2-oz.) That’s Smart! frozen 3 cheese pizza
1 tbsp. crumbled Cotija cheese
1 tbsp. thinly sliced jalapeño pepper*
1 jarred pickled red onions, drained
Cilantro, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat toaster oven to 450 degrees. Meanwhile, shake pkg. of meatless crumbles before measuring out 2 Tbsp. Stir together crumbles and water in a small bowl; let stand for 3 minutes. Heat oil in a medium skillet; add meatless crumbles mixture. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until water is absorbed, stirring occasionally.

  2. Remove pizza from carton and wrapper; place pizza directly on oven rack. Bake for 8 minutes. Top with meatless crumbles and Cotija cheese. Bake for 2 to 4 minutes more or until cheese blend is fully melted and toppings are heated through. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.

  3. Top pizza with jalapeño pepper and pickled onions. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
