    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee canola oil
    1 lbs. lean ground beef
    1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee stir-fry vegetables with noodles
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee soy sauce

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium heat.
    2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, then push to side of wok/skillet.
    3. Add frozen vegetables and stir fry about four minutes.
    4. Add soy sauce and stir-fry one minute more or until mixture is coated.
