1 c.fresh strawberries, sliced
½ c.baby spinach
½ c.baby arugula
¼ c.Hy-Vee sliced almonds, toasted
Lime-Dill Dressing
2 tbsp.fresh lime juice
2 tbsp.Gustare Vita extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp.Hy-Vee apple cider vinegar
2 tsp.yellow onion, finely chopped
1 clove(s)garlic, minced
¼fresh dill, finely chopped
Kosher salt
Hy-Vee ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Toss together cucumber, strawberries, spinach, arugula, and almonds in a large serving bowl; set aside.

  2. Make Lime-Dill Dressing: Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, chopped onions, garlic, and fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Toss cucumber and strawberry salad with Lime-Dill dressing. Serve immediately.
