¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee Riviera salad blend | ||
2 Ugli fruit, peeled, segmented | ||
1 pear, cored, cubed | ||
½ c. thinly sliced red onion | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee pecan pieces |
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk orange juice, oil and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine salad blend, Ugli fruit, pear, onion and pecans.
- Drizzle with orange juice mixture. Toss gently to combine.
