¼ c. Hy-Vee sour cream | ||
¼ c. chopped onion | ||
2 tbsp. fresh dill or 2 tsp dried dill weed | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice | ||
½ tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
2 garlic cloves | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper | ||
¼ tsp. hot chili powder, optional | ||
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped |
Directions
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients except cucumber. Cover and process until smooth. Add cucumber and pulse until desired consistency is reached. For best flavor, cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
