1(6 oz) container Hy-Vee plain Greek yogurt
¼ c.Hy-Vee sour cream
¼ c.chopped onion
2 tbsp.fresh dill or 2 tsp dried dill weed
1 tbsp.Hy-Vee lemon juice
½ tbsp.Hy-Vee Select olive oil
2garlic cloves
½ tsp.Hy-Vee salt
¼ tsp.Hy-Vee black pepper
¼ tsp.hot chili powder, optional
1medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients except cucumber. Cover and process until smooth. Add cucumber and pulse until desired consistency is reached. For best flavor, cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
