|3 lbs. lean ground round|
|1 tbsp. finely chopped onion|
|1 can(s) Hy-Vee cream of mushroom soup|
|10 slice(s) American cheese slices|
|¾ c. shredded Mozzarella cheese|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
|1 packet(s) Hy-Vee hamburger buns|
- Brown meat in a medium saucepan. Add onion when meat is half-way browned. Drain grease.
- Add mushroom soup, then American cheese slices and then the mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Heat through.
- Open buns on serving plates and spoon hamburger mixture onto bun halves.
