    1 (16 oz) box Hy-Vee brownie mix
    1 Hy-Vee large egg
    ⅓ c. water
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    ½ c. Nestle Swirled milk chocolate and caramel morsels
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee chopped pecans
    ¾ c. plus 2 tbsp caramel ice cream topping, divided
    ¾ c. plus 2 tbsp hot fudge ice cream topping, divided
    3 c. Hy-Vee light vanilla ice cream, divided

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownies according to package directions using egg, water and oil. Stir in morsels and pecans.
    2. Pour into a greased 8-by-8-inch baking dish. Microwave toppings according to package directions. Drizzle brownies with 2 tablespoons each caramel topping and hot fudge topping. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool.
    3. To serve, cut brownies into 12 pieces. Place 1 brownie piece in a serving dish. Top with 1/4 cup ice cream. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon caramel topping and 1 tablespoon hot fudge.
