Turtle Brownie Sundae
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (16 oz) box Hy-Vee brownie mix|
|1 Hy-Vee large egg|
|⅓ c. water|
|3 tbsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil|
|½ c. Nestle Swirled milk chocolate and caramel morsels|
|⅓ c. Hy-Vee chopped pecans|
|¾ c. plus 2 tbsp caramel ice cream topping, divided|
|¾ c. plus 2 tbsp hot fudge ice cream topping, divided|
|3 c. Hy-Vee light vanilla ice cream, divided|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownies according to package directions using egg, water and oil. Stir in morsels and pecans.
- Pour into a greased 8-by-8-inch baking dish. Microwave toppings according to package directions. Drizzle brownies with 2 tablespoons each caramel topping and hot fudge topping. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool.
- To serve, cut brownies into 12 pieces. Place 1 brownie piece in a serving dish. Top with 1/4 cup ice cream. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon caramel topping and 1 tablespoon hot fudge.
