    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    2 medium yellow onions, sliced thinly
    ¾ tsp. turmeric
    4 c. broccoli florets
    1 medium zucchini, peeled and sliced
    3 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    ¾ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    ⅓ c. water
    1 (6 oz) pkg Tyson grilled chicken strips

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook onions in oil until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in turmeric to coat onions.
    2. Add broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, salt, pepper and water. Simmer covered over medium heat until broccoli is tender, about 10 minutes.
    3. Stir in chicken and cook till heated through.
