Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
This turkey tortilla pie includes three layers of tortillas, beans, cheese, and turkey. Garnish with salsa and sour cream.

|2 clove(s) garlic, minced|
|2 c. Hy-Vee medium salsa, divided|
|¾ lbs. ground turkey, cooked, drained|
|½ c. Hy-Vee diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained|
|7 Hy-Vee whole wheat tortillas|
|2 c. Hy-Vee shredded Mexican cheese, divided|
|½ c. Hy-Vee sour cream|

In a large bowl, combine refried beans, garlic and 3/4 cup salsa. In a separate bowl, combine cooked turkey, 1/4 cup salsa and diced tomatoes.
Place 1 tortilla in a greased pie plate. Spread 3/4 cup refried beans on tortilla to within 1/2-inch of the edge. Top with 1/4 cup of cheese. Cover with another tortilla. Spread with 2/3 cup turkey mixture and top with 1/4 cup cheese. Repeat layering twice.
Cover with remaining tortilla. Spread tortilla with beans and cheese.
Cover with foil. Bake for 40 minutes. Cut into 8 wedges. Serve with remaining 1 cup salsa and sour cream.
