|1 tbsp.||Hy-Vee Select olive oil|
|1||medium onion, chopped|
|1||green bell pepper, chopped|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|3 c.||cubed leftover turkey|
|¾ c.||Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese, divided|
|2||(16 oz each) jars four-cheese Alfredo sauce, divided|
|24||jumbo pasta shells, cooked|
- Heat oil in a large skillet. Sauté onion, pepper and garlic in oil until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir together onion mixture, turkey, 1/4 cup cheese and 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce.
- Pour 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Fill shells with chicken mixture and arrange them seam-side-down in dish. Cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until sauce is bubbling and cheese is melted.
