    4 romaine lettuce leaves, chopped
    ½ c. green bell pepper strips
    ½ c. red onion slices
    5 oz. sliced cooked turkey tenderloin
    1 c. sliced strawberries
    2 (9 inch) sprouted grain tortillas
    4 tsp. herb-and-garlic soft unripened goat cheese
    1 tsp. balsamic glaze
    Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. To tote for lunches, place single-serving portions of romaine lettuce leaves, bell pepper, onion, turkey, strawberries and tortillas each in resealable plastic bags. Place goat cheese, balsamic glaze and black pepper each in separate airtight containers. Place all in an insulated cooler with ice pack or chill all ingredients until assembly.
    2. To assemble wraps, spread tortillas with goat cheese. Top with romaine, bell pepper, onion, turkey and strawberries. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Season to taste with black pepper. Roll up tortillas and cut in half for serving, if desired.
