Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
These meatballs are so versatile. Make in advance and freeze for up to 3 months.

|¼ c.||Hy-Vee Italian-seasoned whole wheat bread crumbs|
|¼ c.||carrot, finely shredded|

In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs, carrot, salt and pepper. Shape into 24 (1-inch) meatballs. Place on prepared pan.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
If desired, serve for dinner over spaghetti with red sauce or for an appetizer with a dipping sauce such as our Roasted Garlic Everything Sauce.
