|1||Hy-Vee large egg|
|¼ c.||Hy-Vee Italian-seasoned whole wheat bread crumbs|
|¼ c.||finely shredded carrot|
|Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste|
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs, carrot, salt and pepper. Shape into 24 (1-inch) meatballs. Place on prepared pan.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
