    1 lbs.93%-lean ground turkey
    1Hy-Vee large egg
    ¼ c.Hy-Vee Italian-seasoned whole wheat bread crumbs
    ¼ c.finely shredded carrot
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
    2. In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs, carrot, salt and pepper. Shape into 24 (1-inch) meatballs. Place on prepared pan.
    3. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
