    1 (1-lb.) pkg. 85%-lean ground turkey
    1 c. Full Circle Market organic hoisin sauce
    2 tbsp. gingerroot, grated
    1 (12-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee broccoli slaw
    Hy-Vee Select Sriracha mayo sandwich spread, for serving
    Green onions, sliced, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes or until cooked through (165 degrees), stirring occasionally to break into crumbles. 

    2. Stir in hoisin sauce and grated gingerroot. Add broccoli slaw. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until slaw is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. 

    3. Divide mixture among 4 serving bowls. Drizzle with sriracha mayo. Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.
